$1,025 / 1br - 1000ft2 - 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for rent (Bemidji)

I had just moved into this apartment November 2023.
I am hardly there as I work in the cities so I’d like to sign my lease over to someone who could enjoy this beautiful apartment :) Requirements are : credit score of 625 or better must make 2 1/2 times the rent a month ($2562) must have a clean criminal background I paid $1025 for deposit when I moved in but if you’re interested I will only make you pay $700 instead of $1000.
