Beltrami County is creating an eligibility list for a full-time, benefited Office Manager to work in the County Attorney's Office.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the supervision of Legal Assistants to ensure prioritization, organization and timely completion of designated duties along with preparing paperwork for bringing a case to court, typing, answering phones, transcription, maintaining department files, greeting the public & other general assistant duties.
The candidate should have excellent computer skills as well as outstanding organizational, communication and time management skills, and be able to work cooperatively with all staff.
Performs administrative work supervising the legal administrative support staff, victim services coordinator and office activities of the County Attorney's Office, acts as confidential assistant to County Attorney, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the County Attorney.
