Right of Way Agent I

The ROW Agent is primarily responsible for securing property rights for land being sought for acquirement/development.
The ROW agent will interact with community leaders, landowners, and government officials.
They will evaluate property market value and determine appropriate compensation.
Licensing and any required permits will be managed by the ROW Agent.
This individual may also be responsible for researching, riting and evaluating any legal property descriptions.
Works very closely with construction teams in securing digging locations.
Requires 0-3 years of experience.
